EIM introduces the first Ceph Cluster in Israel at Intel Summit

EIM introduces the first Ceph based Cluster in Israel at Intel Summit for HPC and Storage, which took place in Tel Aviv, 04.05.2015.

Ceph is an open source storage software designed to present object, block, and file storage from a single distributed Cluster. Ceph’s main goals are to be completely distributed without a single point of failure, scalable to the exabyte level, and freely-available. The data is replicated, making it fault tolerant.

Our Ceph Cluster solution is based on tailored made Hardware by Supermicro.
